Quite simply, this company has provided us with exemplary service from start to finish. My parent’s red sandstone front steps needed to be cleaned, repointed and the top step refurbished. Scott was keen to survey and made himself available at a time which suited. From the outset it was clear that Scott was polite and professional (survey was carried out exactly on time), with a love of his craft. The job was carefully described to me, including making me aware of the limitations of what could be achieved with the cleaning. The job was then carried out at a time that suited our availability and in the timescale promised. The top step now looks like it’s brand new. They did a lovely job of maintaining the profile of the original carving and pointing the other steps. The fact the pointing had gone, like the profile of the top step, had been hidden by years of grime. Both look so much better now. From my experience, you won’t be disappointed or let down if you engage this company!
